I Philips Sent Me A New Norelco Razor

My Norelco cool Skin Razor stopped working a few days ago.
The Cool Skin Razor has been the best razor I have ever shaved with, so I was planning to buy another. I then noticed the warranty was for two years, not one year like I thought.
I called Philips, and they told me to send it to them. The cool think is, they paid for the shipping. Can't beat that, or so I thought. They even called a couple weeks later to see if my call had been satisfactory.
Tuesday I recieved a new Norelco Cool Skin 7775X razor from Philips. It is even a newer model. I am very impressed with Philips / Norelco and would encourage anyone looking for a razor to look at the Cool Skin models.
I have had two day of very comfortable shaves now with it. It had been awful using a blade.
